Structured from solid foundations

Back in 1945, Joseph "Jake" DeLeers came home to Green Bay, one of the hundreds of thousands of servicemen returning from World War II. Jake realized they would need homes in which to raise their families and, armed with their skills, honesty and an enviable work ethic, Jake, his brother Norbert and a few carpenters began building homes throughout the area.

Within a few short years, homes built by the DeLeers were known for precise construction, with "no corners cut and no excuses given." Workmanship, detail, and the hands-on involvement of the owners at every step helped DeLeers become a sought-after builder.

Years later, Jake's son Jerry, himself involved in the family business since he was a teen, took over as only the second president in the history of the company.

Under his guidance and leadership, DeLeers has become one of Northeast Wisconsin's most accomplished full-service general contractors, specializing in a full range of residential, commercial, professional and retail building with specialized services available. With our full time design, estimating, carpentry, painting and support staff, we're better able to maintain consistency, cost efficiency and budgetary/timeline controls across the board.

Through a 60-year history of unwavering integrity, honesty, collaboration and customer satisfaction, DeLeers is a stronger force than ever. Today, Jerry's sons Paul and Jim are the driving forces behind the solid reputation and high quality craftsmanship DeLeers Construction is known for.
