Design

Whether the project involves an elegant home or modern office space, the vision starts with design. DeLeers is as pleased to work with an architect our customer provides as we are with our own staff of expert designers. Many customers have discovered that designing with DeLeers actually results in an end product that performs better, while providing significant savings in architectural fees — in some cases from 50% to 75% over those of outside design firms. In either case, DeLeers will facilitate everything necessary to assure success.

We encourage our customers to work closely with their architect, engineer, interior and landscape designers and all others involved in the completion of your project. Together these skilled professionals help perfect construction plans, including identifying materials and value-engineered alternatives that meet specifications while remaining sensitive to budgets.

Estimating

Our seasoned estimators continually research trends in construction, and pursue the latest materials and technology. We challenge our subcontractors to offer their best services and products at competitive prices. And when our design teams are brought in at the front-end, we’re able to value-engineer the project, achieving the best product at the best price.

Project management

Consisting of four project managers with more than 80 years of combined experience, the DeLeers Project Management Team is responsible for scheduling projects, addressing the needs of their field staff, and supporting ongoing communications between the project owners, suppliers, and sub-contractors.

Field superintendents

Every project is assigned a DeLeers field superintendent, veteran builders responsible for jobsite safety and daily site activities. They are also charged with coordinating sub-contractors, suppliers, field personnel, and equipment for maximum uptime and efficiency at a minimum of cost.

Trade professionals

DeLeers employs a full-time staff of carpenters and painters, as well as custom wood workers and cabinetmakers. The tradesmen with whom we subcontract additional work have been chosen because they've repeatedly demonstrated their skills and commitment on DeLeers projects in the past. Self-performed or expertly subcontracted—both together allow us to maintain the high levels of quality you expect.
