Bay Title & Abstract

The Challenge
Tear down existing home on site. Build this commercial new construction on a corner lot with minimal lot lines. Coordinate with city and neighbors to accommodate construction equipment and material handling.

The Project
Bay Title & Abstract’s Manitowoc office was completed in spring 2004. A design-build project for DeLeers, this striking 3,300 square foot facility incorporated many owner-driven design concepts.

The vaulted entryway sets the stage for this bright, open office space that takes full advantage of natural light.

Inside, glass paneled walls separate work areas into distinct offices while keep the space visually open. A striking radius glass corner on the conference room softens the reception space and pulls the visitor in.
