Faith Lutheran Church

The Challenge
Complete this four-phase construction project on time and on budget, keeping parish offices, worship areas and sidewalks accessible. Design a new roof installation system that will have long-term viability within a steep pitched structure.

DeLeers was very professional, and the communication was excellent. They did quality work and coordinated the contractors so they were there in a timely fashion. I have already recommended them to another church.

The Project
Phase 1 was an 8,744 square foot addition to the existing church building, including a new fellowship hall, kitchen, classrooms and elevator expansion.

Phase 1 also included extensive alterations to the nave and narthex. DeLeers was asked to renovate the worship area within a six week time period while the congregation met off-site. The team kept on top of the project and finished early, with one week to spare.

Phase 2a included 5,800+ square feet of remodeling work on the lower level. The project included new meeting rooms, classrooms and a choir room. Small challenges here included tight spacing for mechanicals and high moisture levels in the existing concrete slab.

Phase 2b was a second addition to the church building, including a new carport, lobby, and hospitality lounge.

The Team
