Exterior Facelift
The Challenge
Give this older home a complete facelift in keeping with the neighborhood, and renovate the interior. Minimize disruptions so family can remain comfortably in the home.
The Project
We took a modern looking frame and made some major changes to transform it into a classic shingled bungalow. Traditional dormers and a new front entry add space and light, while the garage received a character update with carriage doors and decorative details. A sweeped roof form accents the new entry and pulls the home together. Inside, we improved the flow of the home to make it more comfortable for everyday family use.
