Olde World Estate

The Challenge
Tear down existing structure to make room for an expanded home. Situate the new house to take best advantage of the heavily wooded property without disrupting old growth trees or existing in-ground pool.

The Project
Completed in summer 2008, this 4,500 square foot home includes two full bedroom suites, a guest bedroom, 2.5 baths and an in-home gym on three finished levels.

A full limestone foyer extends from the lower to upper level, connected by a majestic entry staircase. The chef’s kitchen features stained alder cabinetry and granite countertops and is open to a spacious family room with reclaimed red pine timber-beamed ceiling.

The second level is a study in convenience with a large in-home office above the garage and second level laundry. Warm tones and rich woodwork carry the European theme throughout.

The Team
