The first stage in our process is to integrate our team into your business by spending days and weeks learning about how you operate, speaking with employees who will work in the space, and gain an understanding for the company’s vision of a successful project. All of this information is collected and analyzed by our team and reviewed with the owners and/or other key decision makers in the process to make sure we have gained a proper understanding before design.
Design Development
In order to become a real jack of all trades you must gang up actual experts in each area of study needed to create a design efficiently and without compromise. The team is assembled and the process has been established to avoid undue costs before and after the equipment lands on site. By using Live Budgeting© our team avoids multiple redraws, over designing, and wasted effort by all individuals involved. Our process allows for costing to be involved immediately during design development and takes away the traditional guessing of “price per square foot” to gain real accuracy and ensure we are delivering a project which can come to life and not just be dreamed about.
