The Challenge
Dismantle existing feed mill on property. Complete the project in a timely manner despite land procurement delays which pushed the groundbreaking to December. Locate supplier for rare switchable privacy (opaquing) glass.
The Project
After building their first office 12 years prior, DeLeers was called in again to build the owners’ new, larger, satellite office. The high-end facility was designed to look and feel similar to the original, with minor changes in the interior to aide efficiency and comfort.
The large vaulted ceiling and interior brick is a hallmark of the Orthodontic Specialists office. Six-foot skylights draw eyes up to the cathedral ceiling and allow in ample natural sunlight.
The interior features a vast array of finishes, including top-of-the-line flooring and laminate. The conference room is walled in distinctive privacy glass which can be switched from clear to opaque as confidentiality requires.
